1. Introduction
Welcome to Beyond Albania Cycling Tours. By booking a tour with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before making any reservations.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1. Reservations:
To book a tour, you must complete the booking form on our website or follow the instructions provided by the point of contact through email communication.
2.2. Payment:
An invoice will be issued 3 months prior to the tour departure. The balance must be paid no later than 10 working days after the invoice is received. Payments can be made via bank transfer.
2.3. Confirmation:
Your booking is confirmed when we send you a written confirmation via email.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1. Cancellation by Client:
More than 30 days before the tour: 100% refund of the deposit.
29 to 15 days before the tour: 70% refund of the deposit.
Less than 14 days before the tour:
50% refund of the deposit.
No Show: 0% Refund.
3.2. Cancellation by Beyond Albania Cycling Tours
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a tour, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund.
4. Tour Changes
4.1. Changes by Client:
If you need to make changes to your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your requests but cannot guarantee that all changes will be possible.
4.2. Changes by Beyond Albania Cycling Tours:
We reserve the right to make minor changes to the itinerary due to weather conditions, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Health and Fitness
5.1. Fitness Requirements:
Clients must ensure they are in good health and physical condition appropriate for the tour. It is your responsibility to consult a physician before participating.
5.2. Medical Conditions:
You must inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions or allergies that may affect your participation in the tour.
6. Travel Insurance
All clients are required to have comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, personal injury, and emergency evacuation.
7. Liability
7.1. Personal Responsibility:
Beyond Albania Cycling Tours is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs during the tour. Clients participate at their own risk.
7.2. Third-Party Providers:
We may use third-party providers for certain services. We are not liable for their actions or omissions.
8. Use of Equipment
Clients are responsible for the care and return of any equipment provided by Beyond Albania Cycling Tours. Any damage or loss of equipment will be charged to the client.
9. Photography and Marketing
We may take photographs and videos during the tours for marketing purposes. By participating in a tour, you grant us permission to use these images. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform us in advance.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Albania. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Albania.
